This Privacy Policy explains how Circle Dot One ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you visit circledotone.com (the "Website") or contact us. It covers the Website only. Our Soul Agents platform and services for clients are covered by separate agreements and privacy notices.

2. What data we collect
We keep data collection on this Website to a minimum.
When you contact us. If you email us (for example through the "Request a Demo" link), we receive your name, email address, company name and anything else you choose to include in your message.
Technical data. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited. This is needed to deliver the Website securely.
Cookies and analytics. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider may be used to make the Website work.
Fonts. We load typography from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Your browser requests font files from Google when you visit the Website. Google may process your IP address and related technical data as part of that delivery. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special categories of personal data through the Website.

4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as needed:
- Website hosting: Our hosting provider, which delivers the Website and may process technical log data (such as IP address and request metadata) on our behalf.
- Email: Google Workspace.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) and public authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data to such countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Inquiry emails and related correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship develops.
Technical and log data: as retained by our hosting provider, typically for a short period for security purposes.

- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Serbia, this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs). If you are in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Links to other websites
The Website links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
